A compassionate partner.

With an MA in Gerontology and a Consultant Certification in Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care, I focus on the strengths and interests of those facing age-related transitions and changes.

My personal experience led me to understand that family members who care for aging loved ones - especially those experiencing brain change - are at their best when they put self-care into practice and collaborate with other care partners.

As your Care Manager, I listen to understand your needs and we create a care plan, together.

- I counsel your family on best practices going forward.

- I act as a set of eyes and ears at medical appointments, asking questions, reporting back to you.

- I connect you with enrichment specialists to improve quality of life.

- I help find and manage qualified, warm, engaging caregivers.

- I consider at-home environments as well as navigate transitions to assisted living & memory care communities.

My purpose is to prioritize everyone's well-being by offering guidance, sharing resources, and being your partner on this journey.
